What to tell us when you call

The more specific you can be, the more accurate the price we can give you before anyone travels. Four things help most.

  • What you are seeing or hearing, and where in the building.
  • When it happens. Movement after dark reads very differently from activity during the day.
  • How long it has been going on. A problem caught early is usually a smaller job.
  • The property. House or unit, single or double storey, slab or stumps, and whether there are pets or anyone who reacts badly to stings.

What happens after you get in touch

We answer with a straight assessment rather than a booking form. If what you describe needs a specialist job rather than a general treatment, we will say so. If it needs two visits, you will hear that before you book, not after the first one.

Urgent jobs
