Who we are

Swift Pest Control is a licensed pest control business working across metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. We handle domestic, rental and commercial work, seven days a week.

The technicians who quote your job are the technicians who do it. There is no call centre between you and the person who turns up.

How we work

A fixed price before anyone travels

You get a number on the call, based on what you describe, and it does not change when we arrive. If something on site turns out to be different from what you described, we tell you before we start rather than after we finish.

We tell you when you do not need us

If what you describe is not worth a callout, or a general treatment will not fix it, we say so. That costs us a booking occasionally and it is still the right way to run the phone.

The job that lasts, not the job that looks finished

Most pest problems have two halves: what is in the building now, and the reason it got in. Killing rodents without sealing the gaps just empties the roof for the next lot. Treating cockroaches once leaves the eggs. Catching a possum without closing the entry point means the same animal is back that night. We are straight about which jobs need a second visit, and why.

Safe placement, explained

Bait goes in locked, tamper resistant stations. Treatment goes into cracks, voids and harbourage rather than across surfaces people use. Before we start you will know which areas to keep pets and children off, and for how long.

What we are licensed to do, and what nobody may do

Some of our work is governed by wildlife law rather than by preference. Possums are protected under the Wildlife Act 1975, and a possum caught at your property must be released within 50 metres of the capture site, on the same property, after dark. Native birds are protected too, so the lawful answer there is exclusion rather than interference.

We would rather explain those limits up front than quote you something that cannot lawfully be delivered.
